First and foremost, we are musicians and music lovers active in multiple scenes and countries throughout the last few decades. Having managed all technicalities from end to end event production and management, and also performed as musicians ourselves, provides us with the opportunity to truly understand the perspectives of both performers and organisers.

Building on an extensive background in engineering and environmental sustainability, with a focus on operations management, social and environmental impact, commercial strategy and business administration, we have had the pleasure of being involved in almost every aspect of the music industry since 2012. Our vast experience in event production and management, paired with skills and knowledge of project management, planning and delivery, provides us a rare ability to cover almost any role within the music industry: from production to stage management, artist liaison to advancing, logistics to health and safety compliance, site design to tour management and “everything in-between”.
