You must be a member in order to register - you can join MBMC through the link on the main menu. Please note, registrations to join the event closed on the 13th April 2025, however, we have a waiting list for a very limited handful of entries from members who can no longer attend which will be made available in the coming weeks. If you wish to join us, fill in the registration form below and we will get in touch with you with subsequent steps.

THE PROCESS
There are only 100 places available on a “first come, first served” basis until the 13th of April. In order to register to enter The Mountain Bass Experience 2025, you need to submit the form above - you will receive an email with payment instructions which must be completed within 7 days. If you have not received an email within 48h and you have checked your spam and bin folders, contact us by email or social media chat lines so we can chase the issue. If we don’t receive payment within 7 days, we will cancel the registration process and release the entry back for other members to register. Once we receive your payment, we will issue a registration number and send you a confirmation email. Registration is non-refundable although it is possible to pass on your entry to another club member and recover your cost.

As part of registration, we will ask you for your full name as per your ID - this is so we can identify you and guarantee only members join us! - so, please, ensure to provide us with the correct details to avoid issues on the door of venues. You will also need to provide us a WhatsApp number through which we will communicate with you to send most important information relating to the event, including schedules, updates, etc. For this, we will create a one-way communication group where we will periodically release details, starting closer to the event dates. Please, ensure you provide us your correct number so you don’t miss out on any crucial details and updates! If you don’t have a WhatsApp number, let us know so we can arrange alternative methods of communication.
PAY IN INSTALLMENTS

As part of our ethos, we strive to be socially sustainable and inclusive and we actively try to be as accessible as possible, also by preventing economical discrimination. As part of our registration process, we offer the possibility of paying for your participation in several instalments to make our members’ events easier to participate in. You will receive instructions on how to pay by instalments with your payment instructions email, after submitting the form above.​​

WHAT’S COVERED
As a members club activity, registration is open to all members until capacity is reached. As a not-for-profit members club, the cost of registration is used directly by us to pay for the headlining artists and for elements of the organisation of the event itself which we cannot source for free or obtain external funding or sponsorship for. To keep the cost of registration low and appropriate for a diversity of economic backgrounds, accommodation, travel, externally organised activities and sustenance are not included with your registration! Instead, we will provide you with all the information you need to know on all options to make your own travel & accommodation arrangements, according to your budget and preferences. Please, make sure you read all the information we provide you before booking travel & accommodation. This year’s event is setting out to be a “tour” of Picos de Europa and therefore we will ask you to arrange for accommodation in different areas, so please make sure to follow advice once it is available. Full information will be displayed on our website in a few weeks, with enough time for you to make all your plans!
